Karachi: The price of gold continues to rise in the country while the dollar has also become 6 paise more expensive.

Dollar and Gold prices rose

According to Sindh Sarafa Bazar Jewelers Association, the price of gold increased by Rs.100 on the first day of the business week in the country, after which the price of gold per tola became Rs.113,450.

According to Sarafa Bazar Jewelers Association, after the increase in the price per tola, the value of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs.85 to Rs.97,265.

On the other hand, the value of gold in the global market has been recorded, the price of gold fell by $2 to $1878 per ounce.

The rise in the value of the dollar

According to Forex dealers, the dollar rose by 6 paise in the interbank market and rose from Rs.160.33 to close at Rs.160.38 in the interbank market.

It may be recalled that on Saturday, the price of gold had gone up by Rs 600, after which the price per tola had reached Rs 113,350. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs.515 after which the price was Rs.97,180.
