Karachi: On the first day of the business week, the price of gold continued to rise, the dollar also rose by 62 paise in the interbank market.

According to a media report, All Pakistan Jewelers Manufacturers Association Muhammad Arshad says that the price of gold per tola in the country has increased by Rs 150 to Rs 112,600.

After the increase in the price of gold per tola, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs. 138 to Rs. 96,536.

Gold traded at 18 1880 an ounce in the world market, today gold traded at 190 1907 an ounce in the world market.

The dollar is more expensive

On the other hand, the dollar continued to rise in the interbank market. According to Forex dealers, the dollar rose by 62 paise. The dollar rose from 160.09 to close at Rs 160.71 in the interbank market.

It should be noted that the price of gold has been rising for the last several days. The price of gold had also increased on Saturday. The price of gold per tola had gone up by Rs 100 to Rs 112,450 per 10 grams. The price of gold rose by Rs 81 to Rs 96,398.
