Leading Hollywood actor and wrestler Dwayne Johnson has informed his fans about his diet after bodybuilding and strenuous exercise.

According to the details, Dwayne Johnson also shared a video of his diet on the Footwind video-sharing app Instagram.

The Rock says they drink their “protein shake” within 10 minutes of exercising.

In this ‘protein shake,’ they add 60 to 70 grams of protein powder, 35 grams of carbs powder, an apple, a teaspoon of electrolytes, creatine, and water.

The actor and wrestler’s video has been viewed more than 2 million times in a short time.

“The importance of consuming protein, carbs, and sweets immediately after exercise should not be underestimated as this is the time when your body needs these foods and it uses them inside the body in the best way.

Dwayne Johnson, on the other hand, details his other meals during the day in his post.
