Mumbai: Leading Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi found it expensive to ride a bike with his wife.
According to Indian media reports, Mumbai police have registered a case against Bollywood actor Vivek for riding a motorcycle with his wife without a mask and helmet on Valentine’s Day.
Vivek Oberoi shared a video on his verified Instagram account on Valentine’s Day in which he and his wife were riding a motorcycle on the streets of Mumbai without wearing a mask or helmet.
After watching the actor’s video, Instagram users had sharply criticized him, saying that Vivek Oberoi had given the wrong message to the Indian public by violating the Coronavirus SOPs, so strict action should be taken against him.
After watching the video, an FIR has been registered against Vivek Oberoi at the Joho police station in Mumbai for violating Corona SOPs and a fine of Rs. 500 has also been imposed for not wearing a helmet.
It should be noted that the cases of coronavirus are increasing rapidly in the Indian state of Maharashtra due to which the local police is taking strict action against those who do not wear masks.
