Winter: How to take care of your throat?


The most important organ of our body is the throat which carries all the food and drinks to the stomach. The respiratory tract is also connected to the same organ and produces the same sound. Whether you are talking normally or wanting to scream, or you are pursuing a passion for singing, it is all possible with this organ.

We must also take special care of the throat, and be very careful in the use of peanuts, cold drinks, pickles, and various fruits or other food items in winter.

The nature of some sore throats and diseases, their symptoms and treatment also vary. However, in the case of common complaints, we can fix our throat with a few home remedies or tips.

In the case of common sore throats, specialist doctors and prescribers provide us with such treatment from the kitchen.

Mix one tablespoon of honey in two tablespoons of lemon juice and add a pinch of black pepper. Use it twice a day to work effectively.

Dip five or six cloves into a cup of honey overnight. Take out this clove in the morning and use it with a teaspoon of honey. It is a remedy for sore throat and pain.

Take five to six grains of Manqi and a spoonful of lemon juice, crush Manqi and mix it in it. Use this mixture once a day. The sore throat will go away and it will work fine.

Make a pinch of cloves and cinnamon powder and mix them together and make tea by putting this mixture in water. Drinking this tea twice a day will cure a sore throat.
