ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has convened a meeting of the federal cabinet tomorrow in which a budget of more than Rs 400 million will be approved for setting up accountability courts.

According to details, a meeting of the federal cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Imran Khan will be held tomorrow, in which political, economic, and energy sectors will be considered.

The federal cabinet will consider a 15-point agenda and a new bill on the Auditor General’s Office will be introduced.

Approval of appointment of Legal Adjudicators Authority KDG, approval for declaring FIA Commercial Banking Lahore Police Station and the election of National Council, approval of the appointment of Administrator are also on the agenda.

An additional charge of Hydrocarbon Development Institute KDG will be given in the meeting while permission to construct a multi-storied building on railway land in Nowshera is also part of the agenda.

The Federal Cabinet will ratify the decisions of the Cabinet Committee on Reforms on December 23, the Cabinet Committee on Privatization, and the decisions of the ECC. The Cabinet will also approve additional wheat to the utility store KP, Azad Kashmir government.

Approval of a budget of over Rs. 40 crore for setting up accountability courts is also on the agenda of the federal cabinet.
