After Prime Minister Imran Khan has been diagnosed with Coronavirus, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed good wishes for him.

In his tweet, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has prayed for the speedy recovery of his Pakistani counterpart, Prime Minister Imran Khan, who is suffering from the coronavirus.

Prime Minister Imran Khan had been vaccinated against coronavirus two days ago and today he has tested Corona positive.

Dr. Faisal Sultan Special Assistant to PM Imran Khan for Health had said that Imran Khan’s Corona test was positive and he has quarantined himself at home.

According to Dr. Faisal Sultan, the Prime Minister is in good spirits.

It is worth mentioning here that after the Prime Minister, his wife, and first lady Bushra Bibi also tested positive for Covid-19.

The news of the Prime Minister’s infection became a top trend on Twitter and prayers were sent from all over the world for his speedy recovery.

The list of those wishing the Prime Minister a speedy recovery and well-being includes eminent Pakistani leaders as well as Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

In addition, German Ambassador to Pakistan Bernard Schlegke and Australian High Commissioner Dr Geoffrey Shaw also prayed for Imran Khan’s speedy recovery.

Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari also tweeted prayers for the Prime Minister’s speedy recovery from the coronavirus.

PML-N leader Ahsan Iqbal, while praying for the recovery of the Prime Minister, said that all of us as leaders should take security measures and become role models.

Pakistan Awami Tehreek chief Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri and Majlis-e-Wahdat Muslimeen leader Allama Raja Nasir Abbas also expressed good wishes for the Prime Minister and prayed for his speedy recovery from the virus.

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar, Science and Technology Minister Fawad Chaudhry, Senator Shibli Faraz and many others prayed for the recovery of the Prime Minister.

Former national team captain and swing king Sultan Wasim Akram expressed concern over the 1992 World Cup-winning captain being infected with the virus.

“I am concerned about your positive case of Covid-19 but hopefully you will be able to defeat this virus,” he said.
