KARACHI: A local court in Karachi has declared 15 fugitive terrorists of banned BLA in the Chinese Consulate attack case.
According to details, the case of an attack on the Chinese Consulate was heard in the Anti-Terrorism Court of Karachi, where the court declared 15 fugitive terrorists of the banned BLA on the charge of attack and also issued life warrants for the fugitive accused. The fugitives include Harbiyar Murree, Ali Dad Buledi, and Commander Sharif, as well as Rashid Hussain and Sameer.
The court ordered that sketches of the accused be made and displayed, movable and immovable property of the fugitive accused be confiscated and the court fixed the date of an indictment of the arrested accused.
The police informed the anti-terrorism court that Ahmed Hasnain, Nadir Khan, Ali Ahmed, Abdul Latif, and Aslam have been arrested in the Chinese Consulate attack case. According to the police, the accused confessed to the attack on the Chinese Consulate and facilitated the killed terrorists. The accused provided weapons and explosives to the attackers. Not only that, the accused had reikied the Chinese Consulate with the dead terrorist before the incident. Interpol will be contacted for his arrest.
Police informed the ATC court that the attack on the Chinese consulate was funded by the Indian terrorist agency RAW.
It may be recalled that on November 23, 2018, security forces foiled an attempt by terrorists to enter the Chinese Consulate and killed three terrorists.
Prime Minister Imran Khan termed the attack on the Chinese Consulate as a conspiracy against C-Pak and directed to expose the elements involved in the incident.
