Lahore: Special Assistant Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that the government can negotiate for national interests but the opposition wants to negotiate for its own caste.
These views were expressed by Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan, Special Assistant to the Chief Minister for Information, Punjab, while criticizing the opposition, saying that pressure would not be tolerated for relief in corruption.
Firdous Awan said that the opposition wants to negotiate for its own sake, the ploy of putting pressure on the government will never work for them.
He said that Maryam Nawaz shed tears on the anniversary of Benazir Bhutto’s martyrdom but her niece resigned and her uncle spoke of the national dialogue.
The Special Assistant for Information said that PML-N would be stuck in contradiction of its statement.
Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan said that the government can negotiate in the national interest, MQM Pakistan’s reservations will be removed.
