RAWALPINDI: Security forces in an operation in South Waziristan killed two terrorists and arrested one injured. The dead terrorists belong to the banned TTP Sajna group.

According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), security forces conducted an operation in the Nargosa area of ​​South Waziristan, during which two terrorists were killed and one was injured in an exchange of fire.

The ISPR said that the dead terrorists were identified as Usman Ali and Waheed. The terrorists belonged to the banned TTP Sajna group. The terrorists were experts in making landmines and training terrorists.

According to a Pakistan Army spokesman, the terrorist Usman Captain Omar Cheema was involved in the martyrdom of security personnel.

It may be recalled that security forces had arrested six terrorists during an operation in the Bulandkhel area of ​​Orakzai and recovered a large number of weapons from their possession.

According to security sources, the arms recovered included eight hand grenades, uniforms, Kalashnikovs, and other items.

Earlier, security forces killed 10 terrorists during an operation in the Awaran district of Balochistan.
