Brisbane: The players of the Indian team on the tour of Australia have not been able to recover from injuries and have started to be out of the series against the Kangaroos one after another.
According to foreign media reports, the player who is currently out of the team is Jaspreet Bumrah who has been ruled out of the fourth Test against Australia due to injury.
Indian Cricket Board (ICB) sources said that Jaspreet Bumrah had complained of abdominal pressure while fielding in Sydney. Strain complained after undergoing the necessary tests, after which he has been dropped from the fourth Test against Australia. CCI sources said that Bumrah could join the series against England soon after recovering from the injury.
In the third Test against the Kangaroos, Bumrah bowled well for India. It is expected that Muhammad Siraj will be included in the Indian Test team in place of Jaspreet Bumrah.
It is to be noted that during the ongoing Test series against the Kangaroos, seven key members of the Indian team have so far been ruled out due to injuries. Prominent league spinners Ravi Chandan Ashwin and Jaspreet Bumrah are included.
