Former national cricket team fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar has said that Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chief executive Wasim Khan is doing his best but his hands are tied.
Talking to the media in Islamabad, Shoaib Akhtar said that he hoped that the political tension between Pakistan and India would be reduced so that cricket could be restored.
Shoaib Akhtar said that Wasim Khan is doing his best for cricket but his hands are tied. As long as the average person comes to the cricket board, such decisions will continue to be made.
He said that on the tour of South Africa and Zimbabwe, all-rounder Imad Waseem would have a place in the T20 squad, Imad Waseem should have not been dropped from the T20 team.
The former fast bowler said that Shahnawaz Dhani should get experience in first-class, Pakistan catalyst pool has not decreased but people who nurtured talent have run out, club cricket should not be run with money from children, the domestic structure should be made better where the player gets good money.
