Dubai: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released a new Test ranking after the match between Pakistan and South Africa.

According to the details, after whitewashing South Africa by 2-0 in the Test series, the national team came fifth in the ICC Test rankings.

After losing to the national team, the South African team dropped one place to sixth place in the points table.

In the ICC Test rankings, New Zealand is first, India is second and Australia is third.

It should be noted that Pakistan defeated South Africa in the Test series for 18 years. In the Rawalpindi Test of the national team, they defeated South Africa by 95 runs and won the two-match series.

The South African team piled up a score of 274 in pursuit of the target of 370 runs, Hassan Ali took ten wickets in the match while Shaheen Shah Afridi guided 4 players to the pavilion in the second innings.

Hassan Ali was declared the best player of the match for his excellent performance while wicketkeeper-batsman Muhammad Rizwan was declared the best player of the series.
