New ICC Test rankings released, great news for Kiwi captain

Dubai: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released a new Test ranking after the first match between Pakistan and New Zealand, with national team captain Babar Azam in fifth place.

According to the details, New Zealand captain Ken Williamson has moved up to number one in the new Test cricket rankings. Already moved to third place.

Despite not participating in the first Test against New Zealand, Pakistan’s Babar Azam is fifth in the Test rankings.

Australia’s Pat Cummins remains top of the bowlers’ rankings, with England’s Stuart Broad at number two and Australia’s Mitchell Starc at number five.

No Pakistani bowler is in the top ten in the ICC bowlers’ rankings.
