KARACHI: Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchise Lahore Qalandars CEO Rana Atif has expressed frustration over the postponement of the sixth edition of the PSL and said that the implementation of bio-secure bubble during the PCB event Failed
Talking to a media channel after the announcement of the indefinite postponement of the event, he said that Lahore Qalandars had already asked the PCB not to hold the event during the Corona epidemic. The event was organized in consultation with Sunni and other franchises.
He added that the PCB failed to implement the BioSecure bubble and the owner of a franchise was also pardoned for embracing the players.
He said that the PCB should not have made a bio-secure bubble on paper but should have implemented it in a hotel but it was not done.
Atif Rana said the PCB should have imposed fines on players or officials violating Corona SOPs.
