Riyadh: Saudi officials have launched a Saudiization program for companies operating at the port, under which jobs in 23 sectors will be reserved for Saudis.
According to a report by a foreign news agency, the Saudi Arabian Sea Ports General Authority (MAWANI) has issued a Saudiization program to the companies operating in the ports, under which The business will have to allocate jobs for Saudis.
Under the program, Saudis will be appointed to more than 300 positions this year.
According to media reports, the Saudiization program aims to put Saudi youth on their feet.
It may be recalled that the Saudi Ministry of Manpower and Social Welfare and Seaports has made a program to deploy 45,000 Saudis in the field of public authority, transport, and logistics services.
