ISLAMABAD: Announcing a change in flights to Islamabad, British Airways has denied rumors of suspension of flights from London to Lahore.

According to details, British Airways has announced a change in flights to Islamabad. The spokesman said that BA flights will now fly from Gatwick Airways instead of Heathrow, the change in British Airways flights will take effect from March 27.

A British Airways spokesman also denied rumors that flights from London to Lahore had been suspended.

It may be recalled that a few days ago, British Airways had announced that flights to Lahore would not be operating from April 2021. However, passengers will be informed if the flight schedule changes. Passenger flights will be updated on the British Airways website BA.com.

It should be noted that in August last year, British Airways had resumed air operations in Pakistan. The first flight of British Airways flew from Heathrow Airport to Lahore and flight BA259 from London reached Lahore with 214 passengers.

Keep in mind that British Airways operates 4 flights a week from the UK to Lahore and weekly flights from Islamabad.
