During a New Year’s party at a house in Russia, a child was attacked and killed by dogs. The parents were busy partying inside the house.
According to international media, a New Year’s party was held in a house in the Russian capital, Moscow, which lasted for several days. Dogs were also kept in the house.
During the party, an 11-year-old boy escaped unharmed. All the guests were busy eating and drinking, so no one saw the child.
Dogs attacked him outside the house and he was seriously injured and died.
Police say all were present inside the large house and no one noticed the child’s absence, while other children there were also ignored by their parents.
Police have registered a case of negligence against the parents and launched an investigation.
