WASHINGTON – Demand for the removal of US President Donald Trump has risen sharply, with Congress launching a campaign to oust him.

Members of Congress passed a resolution removing the 25th Amendment and removing Trump from office, with President-elect Joe Biden expressing satisfaction that Trump would be impeached in the House of Representatives and Senate.

Vice President Mike Pence, on the other hand, has refused to take action against President Trump, apologizing before taking action on the 25th Amendment.

The resolution called for Vice President Pence to remove Trump from office under Article 4 of the 25th Amendment and to take over as acting president. The resolution called for the U.S. Vice President to be acting president under the 25th Amendment. The resolution said that under the 25th Amendment, the US Vice President could become acting president.

The House called on Mike Pence to take action against Trump under the 25th Amendment. Mike Pence wrote a letter to Congress Speaker Nancy Pelosi stating that he would not be part of the political game but I promise that the transfer of power will be carried out in good faith.

US media say there is a risk of unrest over Biden’s inauguration, so security has been placed on high alert and the US military leadership is united in upholding the constitution and democratic traditions.

According to media reports, the statement has been signed by other generals, including the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The U.S. military says a violent riot was a direct attack on the constitution. Under the constitution, Biden will become the 46th commander-in-chief on January 20, and the armed forces are committed to defending the constitution.
